Eligibility

• Open to delegates aged 18 or over.
• Employees, contractors, and direct family members of Vester Group are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

• Entrants can enter by completing the online form via the QR code provided, or by filling in and returning a competition postcard at the event.
• Only one entry per person will be accepted. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

Competition Period

• The competition opens on [start date] and closes on [end date / event close].
• Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.

The Prize

• The prize is 2 x tickets to Wales v Scotland on Saturday, 26th February 2026. 
• No cash alternative or transfer of the prize is permitted.
• Vester Group reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
• The winner will be contacted directly using the details provided (email or phone).
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 2 days, Vester Group reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Data Protection

• By entering, you consent to your details being used for the administration of the competition.
• You also agree to receive occasional updates and marketing from Vester Group ; you can unsubscribe at any time.
• Personal data will be handled in accordance with GDPR and Vester Group’s privacy policy.

General

• Vester Group reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
